Chris loves to spend his time soaking up the California sunshine and enjoying outdoor activities including cycling, walking his dog Shadow, running, and of course, wine tasting. You will find Kristen enjoying the small-town Coastal lifestyle in Los Osos with her husband and three children. She loves to make time for cozying up with a good book, wine tasting, exploring local beaches, and escaping to the slopes to snowboard.
Both Chris and Kristen are alumni from the highly regarded California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance as well as a Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University with a concentration in Marketing. As President of Richardson Properties, Chris brings over 20 years of real estate sales and leasing experience, which has established him as one of the most successful brokers in San Luis Obispo County.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She worked in accounting and business operations for five years before obtaining her Broker License. Kristen’s practical business and accounting experience paired with her passion for people brings a unique and valuable perspective to the Richardson team.
